Eligibility Criteria:

  • The business is certified as a Micro or Small Business by a city, state, or federal agency.

  • For this program, we define microbusinesses as those with annual revenues of less than $1,000,000, while small businesses have annual revenues of less than $3,000,000. These definitions apply to service-oriented businesses.
