  • What We Cover

We focus on market signals that help you stay ahead of industry movement and emerging opportunities—including financial reports from publicly traded firms like AECOM, Stantec, CBRE, Alexandria Real Estate, and Healthpeak, which often serve as bellwethers for client behavior, investment priorities, and long-term demand. We also track proposed legislation, bond measures, institutional planning efforts, and company announcements that indicate future opportunities. By translating highly technical information into clear, practical insights, we help you make informed decisions and position effectively for what’s ahead.

    What We Don’t Cover

We’re not economists, and we don’t provide macroeconomic forecasts. Instead, we focus on translating industry-specific developments into meaningful context that supports marketing and business development decisions.

    Geographic Focus

Our primary focus is California—a state that it not only leads in capital investment and policy innovation but also became the world’s fourth-largest economy as of April 2025 (per the IMF and BEA). When we report on national developments, it's because they have the potential to impact the AEC industry and firms operating in California.

    Our Commitment to Accuracy

We verify and clarify industry assertions, funding announcements, and projections—especially when the source isn’t direct or official. Our Three-Step Validation Process:

    • Cross-Check Sources – We confirm consistency across credible outlets such as government records and official press releases.

    • Review Multiple Documents – We examine supporting materials to validate dates, details, and context.

    • Confirm Directly – When needed, we contact the agency or company for clarification.
